Figma launched Sites, letting you publish a working website straight from a Figma file. It's out of pure-hype territory — teams are actually shipping pages with it.
Figma Sites (announced at Config 2025) turns your Figma canvas into a hosted, responsive website without handing off to a dev. **Label: adoption** — this isn't a concept demo, it's a shipped beta feature people are using for portfolios, landing pages and small product sites. For a junior designer with a Figma + Penpot stack, it's a low-effort way to get your work live and clickable instead of stuck in a prototype link that expires. Worth knowing it's still maturing — check current limitations before betting a client project on it.
